Apple will be holding a special press conference tomorrow to announce some new goodies.   This is coming on the heels of the Leopard pushed back to October news.  Much of the buzz online has been about a possible huge change to Final Cut and Logic that will take advantage of Leopards new features.

So…no Leopard till October…which means no new software until then either.   Let us not forget that Apple hardly ever disappoints at these things…so whats coming?   They already released the 8-core Mac Pros. Here’s how I see tomorrow possibly rolling.

1) iPhone: They will announce more cool features.
2) iTunes Subscriptions service
3) 4-Core Macbook Pro and maybe even a new look
4) An unannounced speed bump in the Macbook line

Things that we won’t see but want to:
1) Widescreen iPod sans phone
2) Tablet Mac
3) The iBlender

This is also how I happened to meet my best friend, Art, whom I still talk to almost everyday. When Art and I met we both thought there would be no way in hell we would ever get along. We were that different. None the less, we became fast friends.

Midian started meeting all the time. For a while, nothing would happen except some really loud jamming. We started to become a little more focused and wrote our first original tune. It was as simple as song could get. Start with the low string on the guitar and work your way up. The chords E-A-D became ‘Silence Like Glass’.

The demo page has been updated.  No new content however, the functionality has been completely revamped.

I’m on day 3 of quitting smoking and everything seems to be going ok.  Well…I cheated last night and had a smoke with my Makers and coke.  It was just one though and I haven’t smoke any today.  As long as I keep myself busy it all doesn’t seem so bad.

The zoo was a lot of fun yesterday.  Might as well see all of Houston I can before I’m out of here.  I’m still struggling with a few things in the J department but, I think I am going to be ok.
